Physician Recruitment Enhancement Services (PRES)

The Physician Recruitment Enhancement Services are our un-bundled components service suite of flexible and scalable recruitment services. These services offer InVictus clients the ability to purchase only the assistance they need.

These service options are:

Contract Recruiter
InVictus will provide client's an experienced physician recruiter on an hourly basis to augment the clients recruitment needs.

Recruitment Strategy
Services include outlining the organizational needs and the skills to be provided by the candidate. Describing the corporate environment and culture and the direction the organization is heading are included in this effort. The desired impact the position will have upon the organization is also an aspect of this activity. Also, internal recruitment processes may be designed for your company.

Position Storyboard
The reporting relationships, areas of responsibilities and outcomes expected from the incumbent as well as the impact upon the organization are included in this activity. The terms of "success" for an incumbent are defined here as well.

Candidate Research
The client will be provided with a list of targeted candidates for a position. The unit price includes a list up to 10 potential candidates. Additional units may be purchased if you require more names.

CV Screens / Reviews / Phone Interviews
CV's will be carefully reviewed. Initial phone interviews will be conducted. This more advanced form of screening of candidates is aimed at eliminating inappropriate candidates and qualifying more appropriate ones.

On Site Interviews
InVictus will conduct face-to-face interviews of client-selected candidates.

Reference/Background Checks
Validation of candidate background including three references.

Coordination of Hiring Project
For multiple slots for the same type of position such as Physician Extenders or coordination with a series of hiring, this activity can achieve economies in cost of recruiting and time.
